These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sletta online store and any purchase you make from it. By visiting the store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our store

This store is operated by Sletta and serves customers in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. You can contact us at any time at info@getsletta.com.

2. Products and pricing

We make every effort to display our products and their specifications accurately, but small variations in colour or appearance may occur. Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes where required, as set out in our Shipping Policy. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order; a contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where a pricing or stock error has occurred, or where we are unable to ship to your location — in which case you will receive a full refund.

4. Promotions and free gifts

Promotional offers, including free gift bundles, are available while stocks last and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Free gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Where a qualifying item is returned, the free gift should be returned with it or its value may be deducted from the refund.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed dates.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the law of the country you are shopping from — including US state and federal law, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations, the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, and applicable Canadian provincial consumer protection legislation.

7. Product use and safety

The Volufiline Serum, and any other liquid or topical products we sell, are intended for external use only unless the packaging states otherwise. Before first use, read the product instructions and ingredient list, and consider a patch test if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Stop use and seek medical advice if irritation, an allergic reaction, or any other adverse effect occurs. Keep the product out of the reach of children and away from eyes and broken skin unless directed otherwise on the packaging.

We are not responsible for any injury, allergic reaction, property damage, or other accident resulting from misuse, improper storage, failure to follow the included instructions, or use of the product in a manner not intended.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this store — including text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Sletta or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including the consumer guarantees referred to in section 6.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
