Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your SLETTA Volufiline Serum. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work. We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, and the 30-day policy below applies to every customer in those countries.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. To start a return, email us at info@getsletta.com with your order number and we will send you instructions and the return address. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and, if approved, refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect — in that case we will cover the return cost or send a replacement free of charge. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours at info@getsletta.com with photos and your order number, and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Your statutory rights

This returns policy is offered in addition to your legal rights and does not limit them.

United States: your rights may vary by state, and this policy applies in addition to any warranty or consumer protections available to you under applicable state or federal law.

United Kingdom: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it and return it for a refund, in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Canada, Australia and New Zealand: nothing in this policy excludes or limits the consumer guarantees you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, or applicable Canadian provincial consumer protection legislation.
